What if the ground level is kept empty and build only 1st floor? or Split the plot and build 2 levels.

Sir incase a college or school is in T junction, what will be the result ? Generally the quality of education depends on the teachers ,so even if the faculty is good will there be a negative effect on building and students if it's in this kind of junction?
