Great Video. It will be more helpful if you show a plan and show what are good positions for bedroom. Finding direction is most tricky part for most common men. Where does SSE start , where SSW end etc is difficult to decide

Can It be corrected, or I have to sell out. Or Shall I have to move in rented flat as my favorable face is EAST Side. Yes Indian architect spoil that in chasing the facade & elevation of the building

Normally flats will not be square or rectangle in shape. Many directions will be cut. How to find remedies for this.

We want to Demolish the old ancestral house and build a new house in the plot. The land is Flat or may be few Inches / 1 foot higher from Road level. Our plan is to Make main Entrance in the South. We want to give an Elevation to the Main Entrance, by Constructing 2 or 3 steps from ground level to the Main Door. So, do you mean to say, that it brings Ashubh ? Do you mean to say, that the Main Entrance has to be at Road Level only ? Please Educate me. After watching your Video, we are worried about the Level of the Main Entrance. As per your explation of slope, do we have to keep it at o/ below Road Level ?

Keep All Sides Equal But Minimum 3 feet from the Road. Keep more space in North and East other areas constructable.

Sir.. what if the north is completely closed and south is open of a particular flat should be consider it before buying.. coz what u discussed in the video the flat full-fills all requirements only north side has no window or a door it’s completely closed and south side has bedrooms windows
