Vastu Course - Example of selecting a plot
Selecting an auspicious plot is one of the key decisions to make in the Vastu science from India. In the video I talk about an introductory book, you can download here:

In this example, land is sloping North and East. With an overall slope towards Northeast. Two streams flowing on the plot. One is on the East side, and one on the North. We were very fortunate to find such a plot.
The search took about 3 months by renting a house in the region, and looking for property two or three times per week. We strongly recommend purchasing land without a house for making a custom built design in the near future. Most houses today will have severe vastu defects, and such a defective house can complicate things greatly in a sef-sufficiency project.

Ideally what should be the size of a plot if living in a city ...? and what shall be the sizeof the for a farmhouse . Please give minimum to ideal measurements . Hare krishna !

Hare Kṛṣṇa! :) There are no minimum or maximum numbers, you can work with whatever is available so long the measurements are done using the scriptural instructions.
Hare Krishna! I am a Civil engineer from india (tamilnadu) my House is Joint family row house(Two portion), Our Land with building Tilted 28 to 32 degree towards North- West from cardinal north-south dircection, it is correct or not, please suggest me and i planning tilt the remaining portion of vacant land to cardinal direction (As per compass 360 degree) to proposed construct a new house, so please suggest me.

+The Vedic Way hare krishna prabhu im from india i saw couple of videos on building chathurshala.i have around 40 acers of land and i want to build chathurshala and also a go shala currently we are protecting cows that are saved from slaughter house can you guide me on natural meterails to build a house.especially the brick u made eithe lime and red clay

Sir, I have selected plot for my home but there are mountain in North side. Distance of mountain is 500 meters from the plot. What can I do?
