As an Artist and Smooth Jazz Radio Personality, I can say with confidence that Vassal’s sophomore single is even more innovative than, “Melody Man,” (his freshman single). I love all the details in the production, such as the nuances regular listeners might not notice, and the lingering, melodic piano riffs which showcase his masterful musicianship, and the swag that’s in the groove. I love how he just drops into the genre as an Artist and leaves again… to let us process the jewel he just dropped… which can take quite some time.
