Hi, In this video i speak about Day 1 iternary of our varkala trip. We boarded flight from bangalore to reach Tiruvanathapuram airport. From airport we went to anantha padmanabha swamy temple. Once we completed our darshan we headed to Varkala railway station and checked in to the resort in south cliff.
We decided to spend remaining day by exploring the beaches of Varkala.
First we went to Varkala beach and black sand beach. Spent some time in black sand beach and did some shopping and then sat for some refreshment in cafe Del Mar which faces the Varkala beach.. We enjoyed the sunset and we also had our dinner there. We saw the night life at the north cliff and went back to the resort.
Information on transit:
1. Flight - Indigo - Bangalore to Tiruvanathapuram Airport
Timings - boarded at morning 5.40 am in bangalore and reached at 7 am in Tiruvanathapuram
2. Auto from Tiruvanathapuram to Ananthapadmanabha swamy temple - 200Rs
3. Tiruvanathapuram railway station to Varkala railway station - 90rs ticket
4. Varkala railway station to Resort(Oceano by Trouville) - 150 Rs.
5. Travel to beaches - Covered by walk
