So just because stolas is like an owl he still being a demon, and if he has relations with other demons there's nothing wrong with that (just for his wife in this case)

I think stolas defiantly feels the same for him on how genuinely he asked if he was alright and how genuine he said good when blitz told him he was ok. Blitz realized he does care as well, by the ending kiss scene. It’s the first time blitz flirted with stolas and initiated the kiss

There are a couple of minor details that may have been missed. During Blitz's hallucination, his outfit a the beginning is similar to that normally worn by the actor portraying Canio in the opera Pagliacci (think twisted clown opera). The animation styles progress from the simple representations that Blitz has used to represent the IMP crew in his "briefings", but transitions through 1920's and 1930's styles used by Disney as well as Fleischer Studios (who were competitors at the time). Regarding Stolas' appearance, don't forget that he is VERY highly ranked, and is listed as a Great Demon Prince in the Ars Goetia (Lesser Key of Solomon). Quite literally, he has been manipulating humans for millennia, and he is extremely good at it. ...plus, he was able to reanimate multiple corpses in order to draw HIS OWN SUMMONING CIRCLE so that he could fully manifest in the mortal world. ...that's a terrifying ability. Also, as others have mentioned, it's Japan's Edo period (1603-1876).

7:34 since they’re hell-born, they’re not dead, unlike human sinners, who are undead. That’s why imps, hellhounds, and other hell-born demons can have kids but sinner can’t, cause they’re sterile. Charlie is technically along the same area as imps, because unlike Stolas, she was the daughter of Satan, meaning she probably doesn't have a "cursed form" (what I'm calling it till we get an official name). Lucy on the other hand... I'm just imagining a miniature Icon Of Sin, but with fur

The ending isn’t just the coolest thing I’ve seen in helluva boss, it’s the coolest thing I’ve seen in damn near anything. And definitely the most well executed thing helluva boss has ever done. Seriously, the sound design stuck with me like nothing else has in a long time. The mixture of laughs and yells was so perfect.

What makes Blitz's scenario more crazy is that it showed while Stolas had been clingy to Blitz, the hallucination showed it could be the other way around

I've really been waiting for this

Stolas was pretty much my favorite after the song he sang in episode 2, but this just cemented it. He's the best.

Also to anyone wondering, Hazbin was bought by A24 about a year ago and Viv is contractually not allowed to say anything about it unless cleared by the company itself

Fun fact for what I heard, Agent 2's va done a few memorable characters if I remember like Sapphire of Steven Universe

I love how they all just stand in line as soon as Stolas turns his attention towards the team. As if he reminded him what a real demon can look like.

Congrats man on officially getting married 👏

Cool fact. The demon circle that the dead bodies were drawing to summon Stolas to the mortal world, is the actual "Seal of Stolas" as seen in 17th century demonology grimoire "The Lesser Key of Solomon". I also love how we now get a hint of the power difference between lowly Imps and Hellhounds and a true demon Prince.

I'm going to take a wild guess and guess that the musical Moxxie recommended to blitz was the live-action Cats musical

this dang episode is one of my favs .. it might be the fav out of them all... the animation was amazing .. then we had that Disney art style in Moxxie's Hallucination and the other art style in Blitzo's... also apparently, the big action-packed scene was like a ref to the anime "JuJutsu Kaisen" or it had that kind of feeling/vibe with it!

I think this was the first time Stolas has ever cursed uncensored. I missed it the first time since I'm so used to cursing in this show, but I think this might be Stolas' first xD

If everyone didn’t know stolas is a actual demon in hell and at the part where Wichita gets possessed the dead bodies scribble a random symbol under Wichita which is actually a summoning Key for Stolas and it’s correct down to the minuscule

It took me until this watchthrough to realize blitzø in moxxie's trip didn't have his piebald pattern on his face. Rather it was converted into that phantom of the opera style mask. Maybe that's in part of what moxxie sees or thinks of that part of his white patches?

Notice how the circle the reanimated agents drew on the ground resembled Stolas' actual real life Goetia sign

When I first watched this, it was midday and near a window so I didn't catch some hints in the background during the demonic entry of Stolas. Such as at the TVs, at one point for a short time we see Stolas' two set of eyes (19:21 in this )
