Here's a tip. I've made tons of Li-Po unreg boxes and I've found by far my favorite is a 4S 16.8V 3,200MaH lipo hooked up to a 555 PWM regulator pushing a signal that pulses three times a second. With a big ass coil build (Like 20 wraps of 22 gauge defiant wire , fused clapton dual coils) and rayon wicks (Rayon will take the heat a LOT better than cotton) and some high VG juice. That bitch will toss 20 footers if you got the lungs to rip it. Try making a 3 or 4S lipo box with PWM. Set it to pulse 3-5 times per second and use rayon wicks. Trust me dude, it makes all the difference in the world, and you can hit it much longer without worrying about burning your wicks.

+Matthew Vandewiele Beauty supply stores or online. Under the brand 'Cellucotten'. You get basically a lifetime supply for $10, it comes in long ass coiled ropes. But for ideal flavor (not at 500W+ though) I recommend wrapping ceramic around cotton in TC builds. My favorite mods are my many DNA200D's and SX350J-V2's.

I'v been vaping for all just about 5 years now, I'm wondering if this is happening to others, when you cough or sneeze is their a lot of pain in your coughs? When i cough hard now I get a lot of pain in my throat. Are others experiencing this?

Hold up, you're pushing 12V through .18 ohms for 700W? Ohms law says that adds up to 800w and youre drawing 66.67A, that 2100mAh 20C LiPo that can (safely) do 42A. check your math, make sure your battery isnt getting too hot and/or get a LiPo that can deliver more amperage safely. dont let it blow up in your face. you'll see less voltage sag with a battery rated for your amp draw for a meaner hit, have longer battery lifespan, and have less chance of it going up in flames, just search for 'lipo fire' on youtube
