    My local Hobby shop got 4 in today, by the time I got off work and had time to call they had one left and the owner is holding it for me. Shout out to NRC racing in Nanaimo Canada for never upcharging when bringing in product from the states. Gotta love when I get to save money and buy local vs ording online direct and getting hit with border fees.

    The VRD killed some serious lines out there! Great kit, definitely a serious competitor. I would love to have seen the machined brass portals included, instead of the cast portals that come stock. That or a lower msrp as the cost seems a bit high for what you're getting. That being said, not much else to fault here and there is still lots of room for upgrades. Those Krawlers are nicely worn in and hitting their stride and with the Squids inserts, that combo is just an amazing setup! 👍 And thank you for using a brushed system. So tired of hearing fan boys going off about the Fusion. Dont get me wrong, I use the Fusion myself (and love it) but find a brushed setup is still better in some situations.✌

  • @BigMountainCustomRC
    @BigMountainCustomRC7 ай бұрын

    I ALWAYS love to see what Logan has cobbled up...however, everything I've read, seen, watched says this kit is a SERIOUS rig out of the box. So I'm not surprised to see Mr Logan putting it through the paces. What's awesome about this rig, is that everyone that has done a video with it, has done so on the terrain they most commonly crawl on and this beast swallows all of it and comes back for more! The only thing that grates on me, is the noise from the esc...I get it, some of my rigs are noisy too....somehow, on video, specially with earbuds in...like nails on a chalkboard. Anyhow, awesome content, Logan, as always. Thanks for taking us on this ride with you.

    Using this great vid and a couple other great vids to build my first ever comp crawler. Already have the carbon on the way. So is this a 2.2 wheel and tire setup? New to the game the build design of the krawler tires look to start out as a 1.9 but end in a 2.2 ? Was hard to follow their site. Some links to that exact wheel and tire , inserts, rings (inner) and hub build would be awesome. Did ya out brass or sintered band rings on the inside ? Looks like the spec wheels are all sold out or not making em anymore, their whole site sold out Thanks again , awesome video

    Please turn your PWM up on the ESC. That squeal was hard to deal with. Great job showing the capabilities of this kit. For me though, it’s overpriced. There’s no reason at all that this should cost more than the Phoenix kit. This would have been killer around $350. For the money I’d rather get a Phoenix kit and pick whatever chassis I want to use with it. Could even sell the body and make a few bucks back.

    @@shaynejenkins446 right. That was/is overpriced too in my opinion, but it was a pioneering kit though. Vanquish could have easily undercut their competition. Like I said, should never have cost more than the Phoenix kit. There’s more in that for less money.

    @Ginga_Ninja_RC I hear you....but, as we all know, VP is the cream of the crop. Not everyone can afford a VP kit, and I think that's why they do it. To, kind of, weed out the dabblers from the serious. That said, I find it hard to cough up that much cabbage when, like you said, I could easily take one of my Phoenix rigs and put a Zoku or Rock Pirates flat rail to it and still come out cheaper in the end. And I'm not exactly a dabbler, as it were. So, yeah, I feel you

    It can never be unseen again? Ur really that petty? And yes it can be unseen a bunch!! And u must not watch much KZread? Because there's tons of videos on there of those red cats being customized and turned into some very capable rigs!! And plus who r u that makes the decision about if that body can never be unseen again!! Dont close ur eyes ever again!! Or get another body that u like and sent in front of it and stair at it for 72hrs straight u will forget about the RedCat body that wasn't even close to a Red Cat body! I'm pretty sure he said at the beginning of the video that it was a new body from proline! And good luck with life being part of the Alphabet gang👍and I'm pretty sure the Obama bin laden back up team!! So why not give this a try? Try not being apart of the problem but instead being part of the solution! I promise u will start to feel alot better about ur self and it will make u eat humble pie. And u will start to realize that the world doesn't revolve around u and ur feelings! And when u realize that u will develop a character in ur self that will allow u to adapt and overcome anything that might come ur way!! Because what we grew up on was if someone or something can make u change how u feel then it has control over u and it can leave rent free in ur head! So we call it being able to put a steering wheel on someone's back and being able to drive them anywhere!! But driving them crazy was the first goal! And that was easy with weak minded people!!
