Appreciate the kind words. As far as the wheels it took for ever to choose something. I decided to go with color first and after that I found those looked the best. I Love the way the KMC logo is etched into the wheel. Super attention to detail. I'm super stoked to get these put together. Thanks for watching.

Ultra and promare similar too those kits but the transmission is larger with more going on, the ultra and pro had the original vrd transmission, not the new 2 speed.

I appreciate the sub. Also..I'm not doing a giveaway on these vanquish kits. I wish I was in a financial position to be able to do huge giveaways. Once the channel gets bigger for sure, But for now it's a straight axle monster truck. About the same size as the Clod Buster. Hobby Grade! Keep an eye out. I'll be announcing it soon. I have seen other giveaways done with some kind of online generator that picks a random comment from the chosen video. It will be that type of giveaway. I’m happy. Like I said in the video I’m very ignorant when it comes to Vanquish products. I guess a Pro or Ultra might have been better. At the end of the day though, I just wanted a rig with their metal axles. 😊👍🏽🤟🏽 Also let me know what truck you ended up getting. Thanks for watching!

Just got my truck in. Ended up with a 4-10pro with a set of incision method 307 wheels. I was happy with it no vfd twin tho so I will have to probably get a phoenix now too lol 😂

skid plate bottom bolt look at it, if you have to flex the motor plate to install it, will bind the gears

@@sunriserc1033 plastic is perty flexible, I'm going to get the aluminum one, but i still think the hole is off and needs adjusted, but maybe the hole is in a different spot? on the aluminum motor plate and fits, i hope so.

I got the same TOF. I like the Phoenix over the Ultra. Better trannie and better looking body. Add the metal axials and I am very pleased. I bought a metal motor mount to go on it also.

I’m still learning but I’m under the impression that the transmission is different between the two. So maybe a phoenix with metal axles is the way to go. Who knows though. I’m still learning. 😊. Thanks for watching.

It would be more like the Ultra but the Phoenix has the VFD Twin transmission where the Ultra has the VFD transmission.

@Sunrise RC The VFD comes with 6.5% OD. They do sell optional gear sets that will give 21% OD but it's not selectable. It's one or the other.

Thank for the input. After reading a few comments and doing a little bit of reading on my own I'm very happy with what I got. I mean it doesn't have the name Pro or Ultra in it but it's going to be a pretty bad ass rig. Going to order up a couple motor mounts and call it a day.
