Also, as a cook, here is a little tip... If you want to make yummy steak for a group and stretch your money, go with a Skirt or Flank Steaks and make a Chimichurri sauce. Cook the meat on a camp fire and slice to serve. If everyone gets about 4-5 slices with your sauce... fantastic. You can also buy tortillas to serve, heating them on a pan with some Lard or Butter. Usually its about $10 bucks a lbs for Skirt or Flank. But buy your meat from a good grocery store, like a HEB, Sprouts, Publix, Albertsons, etc. If you buy stuff from Walmart or Food for Less its gonna taste like garbage so you're just wasting your money. That being said, if you get Prime from Walmart its actually good, but you can't go with the cheap stuff and expect a good outcome. Hope this helps! Oh and buy a fire grate for cooking over a campfire, there are plenty on Amazon. :)

Well for one those steaks looked medium well. You automatically lose points right there. It also appeared that he took them straight from the fridge and into frying pans. That creates a tougher steak. You can always keep it simple with just salt and pepper instead whatever that seasoning was. Use a little butter and lea & perrins worchestershire sauce at the end. Thyme and whatever isn't really necessary.

A faulty backup camera can cause the image on a Dodge ProMaster to be upside down, especially when shifting into reverse. Here are some things you can try: Wiggle the harness: Try wiggling the harness from the camera to the rear view mirror Reset the camera: Turn the ignition to run/accessory, but don't start the engine. Tap on the screen's upper right corner and hold down your finger for about 20 seconds. Turn the ignition off and turn it on again. Start the engine to reset the camera

This is good advice. My PM backup camera also is flaky... to fix it I will remove the fuse in the panel next to the steering wheel. I remove the fuse for both the rear view camera and stereo unit. I then turn the van on and off then reinsert the fuse.

FYI- propane tanks are less expensive and you get a truly full tank if you have them filled.

Hey Ryan. Been watching your videos for a while now, awesome content! Just have an advice about the olive oil frying. Please don't cook olive oil for frying. It gets a "bitter" taste and really doesn't compliment anything on the pan (that off flavor is even more potent if the olive oil is virgin olive oil). I come from Greece, and we use it on everything but it's always raw. MAYBE, just maybe, sometimes we use it when baking bread to coat the pan, but then it doesn't have the same use as frying. I suggest to make some ghee with your butter. Indeed, the butter you showed is the best one I've tasted. It's pretty easy, it's one ingredient, just butter, that you take the fat from it and discard the rest (take a look on a video tutorial or two, 20-30 minutes max to make). You can keep it outside the fridge for 6 months or in the fridge for a year. Definitely enjoyed the video tho! Thanks again for such great content!

There's a first time for everything! I managed a gas station for a local chain and it was super important that a member of the crew perform the tedious operation of leaving the counter for a propane exchange by hand, even for weekly customers whom we knew by name--did that always get followed, like no; so I'm glad to see yet another super good vending machine enter the market.
