I love them both, but Lizzie’s is just so whimsical and it gives the feeling of being part of a whole world where tiny people build houses on snails. The creativity is just amazing!

This was epic! I have to say I’m disappointed it’s just a one off, I’d love to see this series make a return, especially with mods again (if Lizzie didn’t mind going back to twenty twelve). Thank you Joel for this gem of a video :D

Lizzie’s build was definitely a “trust the process” kind of thing. I was really expecting Joel to win at the beginning, but Lizzie just knocked it out of the park at the end! Love the snail.

I MISSED THIS SERIES SM! so happy we get this special one off episode, im gonna really enjoy watching this :D

This is so wholesome! I will never tire of watching this married couple tease each other good-naturedly and have fun playing videogames!

Its funny how Joel interprets the theme as "let me put a bunch of *theme* into build and make an environment out of it", and Lizze is like "Lemme focus one thing and it make it look real massive and detailed"

I personally don't think you'll see this but if you do, why not bring this back every time a new update comes out for a new version of Minecraft.

I’m really happy at the part Joel said toads were double jointed even though Joel said he made it up. i’m happy because I’m double-jointed and my brother is too. this is an amazing video. I hope you can start up a new series like this.

it feels so weird that this is considered an old series cause i remember when it was new. honestly i would love this to come back.

Build vs was my favorite series ever! I was so sad when it ended, and those memories can never be replaced or released. This was an amazing spin off of the original series, but I can never replace this one video with all the sweet memories from build vs which became a staple of my life since the moment I saw the very first, and the very last episode.

Oh my gosh!! You guys have improved soo much!!! I’m honestly disappointed that this is a one-off thing, I would so love to see this as a mini series!! Especially with all of the new blocks added!! You guys are so entertaining and I absolutely love your build styles! 🤩💖

I really like Joel’s. His amount of animals and the scenery really adds to the wild topic. I really liked Lizzie’s design and creativity too but for me Joel took the win. Just my opinion though. Great video. Loved the series so it was good to see a one off. Keep up the good work

I loved this!! The old series was awesome so making this one off build vs episode was really fun to watch. Me Personally I think both of your Builds are amazing!

This was sick! I enjoyed every moment of it. I loved this series but sad that it discontinued.. Would love a season 2 for Build VS! Joel ur forest was epic! It was so immaculately done. Lizzie's snail was also a pleasure to see. Reminded me of Scar's hermitcraft season 6 starter base! Keep it up!

I think combining your skills would lead to greatness, since Lizzie has this whole lore-like idea and Joels has great ambiance. Together that would look incredible!

This was awesome! Both builds are amazing in their own way. Lizzie's snail and Joel's trees and forest floor. The best option would honestly be a combination of the two. It is impossible to pick a favorite.

i missed this series. i’d definitely love to see a return of this!! like what you used to do, switch up and compete against different people. i grew up watching you and i still do at 17 nearly 18. crazy how time flies.

Lizzie's concepts are always so creative, and her build was so beautiful and fantastical, so I have to say she gets my vote. But your elephant looked so good and your giant frog too! I just want to start off by saying that I really love your videos and Lizzie’s videos Joel and they make me laugh all the time with my sister. To me, it just doesn’t feel right to pick which one is the best, but i would have to go with your build Joel because it reminds me of a zoo with the environment and all of the animals (especially the giraffe 😂). I really enjoyed watching this series, so thank you so much for bringing it back, even if it was just a one off!!!

I love both of them, it’s too hard to pin point one XD. You should bring back build VS on like the same world and everything, that series was ones of the best things I’ve watched.
