Pandit Siyaram Tiwari Memorial Sangeet Trust® (PSTMST®) organizes a biannual Indian classical music festival in March and August in Patna and New Delhi, respectively. Bringing it back to offline/in-person mode after COVID19 induced gap, the 15th edition was based on the theme Vani Veena Venu with three memorable recitals.
