I knew that was the best thing that happened, or else it would have been a million times worse. After putting my negative thoughts on paper, I sent them through the shredder. It was one of the best things that I had done because I allowed me to experience catharsis. Through the process, I was able to heal, and I really thanked the universe for giving me the strength to heal. You are amazing, and you will be absolutely fine.
