I really believe that the ligature doesn’t affect much the sound, it most definitely feels different to play.. I had the MO ligature for several months and just purchased the optimum. The Optimum feels more stable to me. Great videos, keep it up. I’m subscribed.

Sound really good! What horn? Both sounded the same to me. Maybe you should play something like Prelude to a Kiss in two octaves at metronome 54 for the quarter note. Or the first 8 bars of Stella in every key and in different registers. That would certainly help me make a decision.
