No. Before you show your infinite car knowledge: search for Santana PS10 'Anibal'. Then you will see this Iveco Massif has Spanish roots.

@@Tillerman56 Santana was a great partner, but this is the heritage of the glorious Fiat Campagnola and mechanics and engine are IVECO, with perhaps the best engine ever on an off-road vehicle. Made In Italy, sharing the assembly platform with Santana.

@@RealGuidoFawkes No. Sanatana license-built Series Land Rovers. When the license ended, Santana continued and developed their 4x4 line into what ultimately became the Anibal. The design was bought by Iveco. The so-called Fiat Campagnola heritage was pure marketing. But, all very nice vehicles.
