LOVE love this episode! My dad took us on one of our family vacation to Death Valley some 50 yrs ago. It was in the 🔥 hot summer! Glad you experienced the van life and took the fur babies! Thanks for the fun adventure!

I really enjoyed seeing the two of you trying out the van life. I had an RV for years and it was one our greatest joys and the overcoming of all the obstacles is what makes it so much fun.

That has got to be the best way to cover distance and also pick and choose the odd and unusual places to check out along the way. It is obvious that you guys like hanging out and enjoy doing what you do. There is a bit of everything in your episodes that make each of them unique. Or should I say odd? I have no idea where you will stop next and that's awesome.

A very interesting "change of pace" trying out a great looking van for the first time! A sort of new destination, but I especially enjoyed the banter between the two of you. I've watched it twice already!

An epic adventure and what a welcomed change to your usual videos. Beautiful locations you went to and I hope we see more of this type of van adventure. Glad the cats made the trip too, g... 😉😎

I love how we all talk in our child voice to our loved animals. I was doing the same thing this morning with my pup that was wagging and giving me kisses back. Looks like you had a great trip, now go home and take that shower please. ;)

Excellent video! Thank you for sharing your van life test and Death Valley is a great place to try it out (not in Summer of course). Glad the kitties were on the trip with you (our cat would never go for such a journey). Not sure if you want to do more such travels but I think it would bring a different perspective to the places you take us even if it’s only once in a while. It is certainly a very different way to travel but really allows you to include additional aspects of an adventure and how you two interact with the place you are showing. Plus, we get to see you two and the kitties! Big thumbs up from me if you are wanting votes from viewers.

In 1962 my family stayed a week at Furnace campground for Christmas. It was lots of fun, there were some other campers, too. We had a trailer, four kids, two parents

Good video. Van life is a great idea to change up the perspective of your travels. Road conditions, rest stops, leveling, even making breakfast or a sandwich all become factors in your day.

Great Van Life Video! This is near and dear to our hearts. We started with an Escape Van we rented and we were hooked from then on. We are on our second van now. Keep up the great adventures!

You can buy i believe 5 gallon plasic shower containers..You lay them outside in the sun and by the end of the day ..Of course it depends on the time of yr..The last large container was probably a sewage container..In one end out the other..

TOTALLY COOL! Now that you've tried this type of excursion/adventure, Bethany and Drew, please continue to rent camper vans and undertake more trips. Bring the felines along, of course. Until viewing this video I had no idea that Drew is bilingual, but he does use another language (or at least another dialect) when addressing the cats. Also totally cool. 🤠

death valle a good place to visit. I have a cousin and her husband that visit Death Valley every year. during the spring months of course.

How about a coastal cruise? Maybe up to Hearst Castle? Multi -part

If you plan on doing the glamping thing again, get your self's a 4x4 van and head out to Cerro Gordo Ghost town, the road can be a bit rough, and they are cat friendly.

Meant to comment sooner, but just wanted to say this was actually awesome. My wife and I both enjoyed it, and I hope you do more of these types of videos. You're a great double act.

Van Life, woo-hoo! Next stop Quartzsite? Looks like you camped at Wildrose the first night? The clip of you driving at night down the bumpy road, not really sure of where you were reminds me of the time I was camping at Mahogany Flat (at the end of the road several miles past the kilns). A woman drove up in a rented car and asked me, "Is this the way to Furnace Creek?" I pointed to the valley 9,000 feet below and replied, "No, it's down there."

Do you put the cats on a leash and take them with you? Well you're possibilities are endless with the camper van. Definitely seeing another side of the channel, love the new members😻 I'm sure they were glad to get home.

We have harnesses for them, but they were far more content to window-watch and stay snuggled in the bed. Hope you enjoyed the different style of video! We have a regular Oddity coming next weekend. :)
