Hi Anthony, suggestion for your chicken with no fridge…use one of your bowls, fill it with ice and place your chicken with brim and/or buttermilk container in the ice. ☺️

The next time you can't refrigerate food, try sitting it on a bed of ice in a cooler. Leaving chicken out in the sun for that long is not good. Nevertheless, I'm glad you enjoyed it!

You can also use chalk. Draw thick lines of chalk Ants don’t like to cross it. You need to rechalk every so often. You can use it around the legs and feet of the picnic table. It won’t kill them just fetters them

Yes! Some times l just want to fry some chicken wings. I do a brine, and soak my chicken in buttermilk as well. The brine keeps it juicy and the buttermilk creates the extra crispiness. I've been on that cruise a few times.

Just a major tip when it comes to frying. Covering the pot prevents water vapor from escaping, enabling the temperature to rise more quickly. Watching you cover it twice was agony lol

Leaving chicken out so that it's not refrigerated for four plus hours and it's already unthawed or not frozen is dangerous. Also, I've never in my life seen someone fried chicken in a covered pot or covered pan I was dying with laughter. I was like here we go again Anthony reinventing something that didn't need to be reinvented. Lastly, before you put your chicken in the oil next time shake off the excess flour. It keeps your oil cleaner and your chicken would have been even tastier than it already may have been (if it wasn't too salty). It looked good though and your efforts are to be commended.

Sitting in cold water for 2 hours, then sitting in cold buttermilk for 2 hours is not going to taint chicken. Chill out. It's not all that hot where he's at now. He didn't get sick, did he?
