I loved the way they choreographed this fight scene. As cool as Scott's kicks and acrobatics were, you could tell there was plenty power in Van Damme's kicks. Pretty inspirational. Steven Segal ain't got nothin' on Van Damme. :-)

To all who hate on Van Damme he is a true kick boxer not some with just flashy moves. In his kickboxing career never knocked out and had only one loss. He still has the best roundhouse in the game hands down.

Scott Adkins is on a par with Michael Jai White. Both brilliant Martial Artists, but only really good enough for B movies or low budget action films. Van Damme on the other hand, helped to revolutionise martial arts films in the 1980's. Was a HUGE star in the 1990's. As youthful as the aforementioned two are now, neither will ever come close to Van Damme's popularity or impact.

Nonsense. JCVD has nothing more to give than MJW or SA. All three have/had great combat movements and good acting skills. JCVD just had the bonus to get in front of the cameras many years earlier. Speaking of B-Movies, JCVD had a lot of them. (not sure if most of JCVD movies can even be called B-movies, C fits more). Not his fault, he often just had projects with really bad regisseurs.

Scott Adkins has like 6 films with 100% rotten tomatoes. I’m not even exaggerating. He’s a brilliant actor that hasn’t had his big break.... and boy he can fight. He has more credentials that JCVD. I’m a huge JCVD fan. But Adkins would literally kill him. That just facts.... evolution of fighters. JC is old school. Adkins would eat him.
