Thank you - great informative video. As for the “nee sayers” there is a reason why all the European Motorhome Companies use this van and it is because - all things considered - it is the best Van for the money! We are now into the third decade of using these Vans - they are not perfect but they don’t cost the same as a Mercedes or rust / break down like a Ford. Mine is 2012 with 200,000 miles on it - it still looks and drives great! Maintenance is everything! I would love one of your lift kits though!

its a good platform , just a tad bit ugly the sunk in headlights ^^ and godawful heat management for a van xD why they don't build a solid rwd van on this platform is beyond me :P

Is there any vibration issues created in the front end or transmission when using this kit? I have a 2015 Ram 3500 Promaster with the Winnebago Travato coach. I’m interested in lifting it a bit, the 3” lift kits are more lift that I need and can cause front end vibration issues from what I’ve read.

This lift kit does not increase suspension TRAVEL. The actual articulation of the suspension remains the same. The only travel length change at the front would be if the strut travel length was extended. (Strut made longer, which does not appear to be the case here.) the front drive shaft angles have changed a little bit due to the repositioning of the front steering knuckles down in relation to the transmission and differential. Due to the disassembly and repositioning if the suspension, an alignment check may be in order due to tie rod end angle changes slightly affecting toe in or toe out. Rear suspension travel length does not change either. The actual spring location remains the same relative to the body. So the range of travel does not change. Nor does the bump stop bumper change its position relative to the spring. The shock length is extended, so it is possible suspension drop may possibly be extended if the internal travel of the shock extension is slightly longer over the originals. The height of the rear axle itself above the ground does not change. That will only increase by 1/2 the size of the larger tire diameter increase. So, with the taller tires added the total body lift becomes about 1 7/8 to 2 1/4 inches total at the “body pinch welds”. A 1 1/2 to 2 1/4 inch ride height increase may not seem like much, but you will definitely notice it in the increased distance you need to lift your feet and cargo to enter and exit the van. Are you going to effectively remove that lift by adding side and rear steps for ease of entry which extend 4 to 6 inches below the door openings thus effectively lowering your ground clearance at the bottom of the steps by a net total clearance of minus 2 to 3 inches than from where you started?

What about the fact that the "driveline" is now changed? Those axels are not operating at an angle all the time. Will there be premature wear?

There's a couple ways to raise it you can add more leafs you can add a bigger block or bigger tires I would stay away from using blocks because the blocks decreases your breaking reaction time

jacob reigle thats not going to help under axle clearance....... and wow never heard that comment about the ‘brake reaction’ they can be dangerous on the front due to the forces put through the u bolts but the front is mcphearson strut, were talking about the back. And a lift isnt going to increase the under axle height.

just make your own bro, its easier welding 2 triangles 2" thick with some holes drilled in, than it is to take apart the whole CV joint, tie rods, brake caliper, leaf spring, etc.

Good morning, I followed your videos and let me congratulate you for the excellent job. I am converting a 2020 new Fiat Ducato 136" for full time living and I would like to upgrade my suspension with yours kit. What's your suggestion: - Front leveling kit or 1,5" lift kit? I saw you mentioned leveling kit but I only find lift kit in your website. - Bilstein B6 Premium strut with original springs or may as well add VB light coil springs? - Rear 1,5" lift kit with Fox shocks or VB semi air suspensión? - Rear single or double springs? Is it useful to add Sumo Springs too? - What bigger size of BF Goodrich k02 all terrain tires and Ultra 450 Toil wheels will I be able to install after the front and rear upgrade? Thank you very much for your kind attention and warm regards Charlie

why oh why is the rear axle in these promasters so damn low? it would be almost perfect if they made it higher like in the front, wtf?

Its give maximum load capacity (dimension wize, and keep the load bed height low) The front is independant (mcphearson strut) and wouldn’t work in the back of something capable of carrying 1.5 tonnes.
