100% this. I'm a gamer and I love camping. The algorithm brought me to his first video of gaming in a parking lot in his van. Instantly I was hooked with how cozy his van was and his perfect gaming set up for that space. I've binged so many videos since. And my favorite videos are of him in the woods, making a meal, hanging out with Millie, and GAMING. It genuinely gives me nostalgia I never had. Like I long for that on a weekend trip or something. It was right after he passed away and you felt he would love it if you go there. And now, seeing this video and you mentioned about fishing with your dad and meeting someone who gave you hes catch fished and teaches you makes me think it was your Dad way of saying he will always be there with your travels. i dont know but it made sentimental. really loved you drone shots by the way. always amazing!

Arctic summers can get very warm and the sunlight we receive is more direct. That's because the earth tilts on its axis, and summer time in the north means the earth is tilted towards the sun, meaning the atmosphere is thinner relative to other places and thus there's less atmosphere to absorb the sunlight coming in.

  • @willgaissert8531

the sun is in an "active" phase and the Earth is receiving more Infared than normal. Stay out of direct sunlight! Here in Georgia the temperature is 91 degrees, the hood of my dark colored car is 200 degrees. If you are expose for hours, you will burn badly. This will be true anywhere in the 48 states. Trent you are beautiful inside and out and now surrounded by it too! Im sitting here at one am missing my son 😢 and wishing he'd of had a friend like you. He loved the outdoors and camping. Some of my best memories with him were camping and exploring the mountains where we live in SW Pennsylvania. He couldn't handle this life anymore. Struggled his whole life with losing his Dad at 12, then his 3 best friends died in the next several yrs and then his grandparents died in a house fire. He got addicted to drugs and alcohol trying to ease the pain. But he just couldn't beat it. He had the kindest heart ❤️ and was so good to me his whole life. Never deliberately hurt me. I miss him so much. You always remind me of him. Again, I wish he could've had a mentor like you.. PS, he ended his life July 3rd 2023...

All that tundra on the Dalton highway, kept expecting a rogue polar bear to come wandering by. We looked it up, there are wolves muskox bears and Caribou, and the occasional polar bear you can see around there. Those mountains where nothing grows on them, they're gorgeous!! Thanks for taking us along as most of us will never see that, so we have to see it through your eyes! Thank you! In Fairbanks, if you go toward the town of North Pole, there's a great campground there and you can even meet Mr and Mrs Santa Claus. Also keep your eye in the sky, because right outside of Fairbanks is Eielson Air Force Base, and it's full of F16s! The North Pole is right outside of Eielson. 🤙🏼🤙🏼

You can rent a room in what you called “employee housing”. A room normally comes with two bunks, toilet and shower. The restaurant had an awesome buffet when we went through a few years ago. The Visitors Center is a good stop, several times a week they host talks given by junior Rangers. On our journey North it was on raising and training sled dogs and on return, the talk focused on the tundra, permafrost, and how rules/requirements for the pipeline. FYI, most of the Alaska Visitor’s Centers offer a small pamphlet on driving the Dalton Highway. If I remember, they recommend at least one full size tire, spare gas, clothing and food for 24 hours and on driving, they strongly suggest you pull as far to the side and slow down and most truckers will do the same. Reduces chances of getting a broken windshield.

I put that same kind of magnetic screen door on my little 5th wheel so the dogs could go in and out whenever they want. I have a little dog fence so they don't wander off and keeps them under the tarps to protect my little ones (Chihuahua and Dachshund) safe from raptors. I love watching your travels, and I'm so glad you learned to fish!

I believe God puts angels in our path when we need them most. Sully, the angel who taught you how to fish, is just one example of how this works. Now, you have a life-long skill to share, and you've made a new friend in the process. Thank you, Trent, for sharing your incredible journey with the world.

I thoroughly enjoyed this video Trent! It doesn't need to be action-packed to be entertaining. The scenery was MAGNIFICENT~how many of us viewers will never get to travel to the Arctic Circle in our lifetimes but you did and took us along, thank you! Alaska and the Northern Territories have always been on my bucket list since I was a kid. Getting older now and opportunities to do so are dwindling but thanks to you (and other KZreadrs), I can still see it. Your cinematography skills rival any NatGeo films I have seen so you should be proud! Thank you again young man and stay safe! Oh, give Millie a big hug from me too!

Dude. I only watched like three videos (so far) and i don't even know you, but I'm so happy for you to be able to experience all of this. It sure looks like you're having a great time, you're seeing some of the most beautiful landscapes in the entire world and you're even making money off of it. But all the subscribers, all the sponsorships and revenue aside... the most valuable thing you'll get out of it is gonna be the memories. And by making all these awesome videos, you're creating an archive of pure joy and nostalgia. When you're old and you think back to those amazing times, you're gonna be able to just sit down, watch some of those videos (or maybe even all of them) and relive the pure happyness you felt back then. I'm just some nobody from half way around the world (literally), but I hope you have the time of your life. Enjoy every second of it. Take care.

Hey Trent, loving the Alaska excursion. More please. 😁 A few things: • Millie wasn't playing around when Sully walked up to the van. 17:40 She's a good girl, protecting her daddy. 💕 • There are a lot of genuinely good people in the world. • Not sure if you noticed the Alaska pipeline on your drive up to Prudhoe Bay or not, but one really cool thing about it is that it was built elevated to allow the moose population to be able to travel under it. Give Millie a big hug and kiss for me. Take care, 😇

I know you probably won't read this, but I hope you do. I feel like that experience with fishing with that guy was your Dad's way of telling you that you're going to be okay and he's fine. You never fish before except with your Dad and then some guy gives you a fishing pole and asked if you ever fished before and made you think of your dad by the way, didn't know you were from Georgia. I am too. That's awesome. Small world if you're ever in oconee national Forest and want some spots, I can give you some GPS coords
