Really my main issue with other softwares is the lack of configurability. OBS is great and super customisable, allowing stuff like noise gates and seperating audio into different tracks, but falls short in the accessibility field because it doesn't allow an option to start replay buffer on windows startup. I've also had replay buffer just entirely fail to record my screen, only showing a still image but still playing audio. Shadowplay on the other hand is pretty much the polar opposite. No noise suppression options and no seperate audio tracks. Also only available on Nvidia GPUs as far as I'm aware. I have high hopes for steams replay feature to solve my issues with other softwares. Haven't played around with the beta but from the looks of it, it could use more features. Being attached to a software you already own makes it have ease of use and plenty of potential and I hope it lives up to that.

I have OBS Set up to start with Windows, and also start the replay buffer. it's possible.

@@steinkoloss7320 I'm aware it's possible and I've done it before but like I said my screen freezes sometimes when using OBS. This is due to me having replay buffer start with windows. The only way to fix this is by tabbing into OBS, making the whole process kind of redundant. When I upgraded to an m.2 I didn't bother doing it again because it requires a custom shortcut with custom launch options and placing it into the launch with windows folder and is annoying to setup.

May be possible to add the non-Steam game to your library and launch it through Steam
