I have a XLP 300 it says in the documentation.PDF that it has a precious metals mode, and I need to call Thermo to enable that mode? I can’t find anything on it online. Do you know? Thank you!
How i can calibrate this please? I'm using 24k gold but it doesn't show 99.9
I need help, the touch screen is misconfigured and I cannot enter the password to be able to use it
