Well i always believed in logic and all magical things are myths to me. So when i saw ramayana as the way it was shown in tv serials i always considered it as mythology. But when i saw this and came across rhe real valmiki Ramayan it was now clear to me that its just pure truth and a rich history of our glorious past. My devotion towards Ramayan has increased so much then. And this channel has done a pretty great job yo tell this story rather i must say "itihasa" to this modern world. Thanks a lot from the deepness of my heart.....🙏🙏🙏🙏

Namaskaram Yashodeepji, the crescendo created with the BGM towards the end and the narration literally gave me goosebumps. Its the perfect way of ending the season finale with setting the expectations higher for the viewers. Too good, this is exceptional storytelling. The end just felt like a movie teaser with lots of curiosity built up. Please let these gems coming & continue doing the great work. Pranaam 🙏

I really wish, these series must be translated to local languages!! Please try to get it translated in local languages, so it can reach more, the way Valmiki Ramayana is explained with scientific approach is incredible!

The amazing thing about the Hanuman's flight is the amazing display of knowledge of aerodynamics by Valmiki, the way he explains how the air, water and trees reacted to Hanuman's high speed movement through the air is so realistic. So Even though I know Hanuman swim across the ocean, Valmiki makes you believe that he actually flew across the ocean with his words.

Wow can't wait for sunderkand , the way I interpret is that lord hanuman was the greatest athlete of that time and is praised poetically in different versions of ramayana.

"I will push back the sea waters with my arms" "I will strike the ocean with my legs" Above lines itself cleared that Hanuman ji is talking about swimming. It's a Basic Swimming technique. Jai ho! Amazing presentation 21notes. We are highly obliged to you. Please bring season 6 as soon as possible. Waiting of 3 months is very uncomfortable 🥵 though we know best works takes time. Being unsatisfied I looked at the Valmiki Ramayan sargas translated in english. In there are many more things said by hanuman along with these two line, but have been omitted here. They refer to flying and jumping. This actually gave me a reason to read it for myself😀

The Great hanuman flew to lanka without getting Tired. He flew to Himalayas over a 1000 yojanas and uprooted a peak and carried it to Lanka. Such is the greatness of Mighty Lord Hanuman.

We want season 6 as early as possible plz plz plz.

"you will only die when you wish to not otherwise" in the context of Hanuman as a son of Vayu, the element 'air', brings to mind sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev's discription of yogic breathcontrol. When one is able to prolong the breathing interval to 60 seconds and more, one is said to be able to choose when one dies. Dolphins in captivity have been reported to end their life this way. The data that you, Nilesh Oak and sadhguru Vasudev provide have helped me bridge many a gap in a consistant mess of western academic misunderstandings on many a subject.

omg!! So interesting. But why do you say you will say how he went to Lanka in the next Season? At 4:24 you quote from Valmiki Maharshi बाहुवेगप्रणुन्नेन ऊरुजङ्घावेगेन "I will push back the sea waters with my arms. I will strike the ocean with my legs" - Though you have quoted a tiny bit of the shloka to keep the suspense, your English translation makes it clear - It is Swimming. At least here, Good God! So Hanuman swam his way to Lanka? How deracinated are we that we don't even know this much. Thank you so much for this. Let me look up the complete verse also. ममोरुजङ्घावेगेन भविष्यति समुत्थितः। सम्मूर्च्छितमहाग्राहस्समुद्रो वरुणालयः।।4.67.13।। Reading all the verses, I personally think he probably did a combination of leaping and swimming? He leapt some distances and then swam others? I ask this as there is reference to him going around Meru (a mountain) also. But will wait for the next season to see your view. But Yashodeepji, I also noticed one thing while perusing these lines - When you talk of Hanuman stretched himself. The actual word used by Valmiki Maharshi is जृम्भमाणः - This word can either mean expand or stretch. I see that IITk site uses "Expand" - making it look like some yogic or miraculous power. But this verse seems to mean that Hanuman simply stretched himself यथा विजृम्भते सिंहो विवृद्धो गिरिगह्वरे। मारुतस्यौरसः पुत्रस्तथा सम्प्रति जृम्भते।।4.67.6।। - Translation - Just as a lion grown in a mountain cave stretches his body, the Wind god's son stretched (his limbs). - Pls note the usage of the same verb जृम्भते . Why do translators love to translate जृम्भते as expanded instead of stretch himself? I like your explanation as that makes the logical sense as per Valmiki Maharshi's Ramayana. Can you pls spend sometime - somewhere in these episodes to talk of how Samskritam's paryaaya padaah have led to the entire history being read as a magic story? Will be so helpful to modern generation.
