Hey there! Of course I’m happy to help with any additional question you may have also, I always have the materials I use in the description below the video. But I recommend Derwent Inktense for starters as they can be bought individually at Joanns so you can just buy the colors you need! So it makes it cheaper when you need to replace a specific color. And what sealant are you using as well?

i am wondering if you saw red tul(?) skirt around legs or just in front of dress sorry for my english, it's 4am at my place...

No worries, I believe I got the gist of the question. I did sew the matte red tulle into an elastic skirt around the entire bottom of the dress, but I pulled most of the volume to the front of the skirt because I didn’t want the train to lift off the ground. But you could also just see it to the under front of the skirt. Let me know if this helps.
