Iearn how to make black forest cake at home, a delicious cake recipe. It is a German cake, comes from the black forest in Germany. Black forest cake is also known as gateau.. Ihe Black Forest Cake is a special unique chocolate cake decorated with fresh whip cream, cherries and chocolate shavings. In this video i shows step by step directions on how to decorate and make a Black Forest cake. If you follow the exact same recipe, you'll love it! For the chocolate cake:
300 gm plain flour ( Maida)
80 gm good quality cocoa powder
8 Egg
250 gm fine sugar
7 gm baking powder
1 pinch Salt
60 gm butter melted
For the cherry syrup:
100 ml water
1 cup Sour cherries
For the whipped cream:
500 Ml whipping cream
3 tbsp vanilla sugar if required
chocolate shavings and fresh cherries for decoration

Some tips from a german who had plenty of authentic BlackForestCake: 1. We use fresh cherries preserved in water instead of over-sugared-jam with many chemical preservatives and colorings. 2. Buy cherries and drain the water. Use that water and boil it with sugar= Cherry syrup and you have an cherry- alcohol alternative. 3. Use fresh cherries and boil with water and starch for cherry puree. 4. Authentic layering= Cake soaked in cherry-syrup, next the cherry puree,fresh cherries,whipped cream (optional mixed with vanilla curd), next cake layer soaked in cherry-syrup, only whipped cream (opt mixed with vanilla curd) and final cake layer soaked. 5. Frosting tip to make it more clean and professional= First apply thin layer of cream to the sides and the top (Crumb coat) just to catch all crumbs, cool 20-30mins in the fridge and apply easyly and clean thick final coat of cream. ♡♥♡

This idea really work I am 9 years old When my mother and father fought and promise to don't talk I feel very bad to it and I will look your video and Laddu repice I Will make some bondi and I will make this make cake too and there is cici tv I don't know about it my hard work seen by my mom and dad and they eat it and gave 10000 rupees and my mother gave me my dreams piano thanks for this video
