Israel Adesanya won all but ONE of his matches on a looong Asian circuit. But I prefer straight kickboxing, where there are none of these pseudo judo throws and constant clinching.

Chinese judges won't allow their fighter to lose. The best they did was call it a draw after a Chinese MMA fighter beat up a bunch of Kung Fu masters. You can never trust Chinese judges. I watched the Valentina Cong fight and it was painfully obvious Valentina won. Even in this video Valentina is far better than the Chinese girl.

You can not judge all people by their Government, suppose the world judges the US by trump's presidency and his administration and insurrectionists who tried to overthrow the US government? There are always going to be good and bad people in all countries. When we look at what we have done over the short life of our country, stole the land from Native Americans and Mexicans, enslaved and murdered Black people, Minorities being killed by law enforcement and so on, we have no room to talk. There are some very nice and respectful Chinese people I would prefer over White people and Mexicans or any other race.

This is not MMA. Why hugging, clinching & taking her opponent down? The way she reacted by pushing heads etc were disgraceful. That's not domination like most of the comments in this section. She should be disqualified for many times doing it.

That fight was a big pile of BS. The Chinese promotion's local favoritism is shameless.

In most Asian countries, the hometown hero has to be left out cold, unconcious, in a coma, in order for opponent to be awarded the win.

Robbed!!! 1000%. No way in hell did she lose that fight. She dominated. Period. What a shame. What a travesty.

I was surprised the ref didn't deduct points. Perhaps the judges take into consideration when making their decision. If not, it was a robbery.

@@DarkJediFarkas But since they weren't playing by Muay Thai rules, she should have abided by the kickboxing rules. She was lucky she wasn't DQ'ed.

This was under kickboxing rules Shevchenko should have known that and was warned against wrestling Jing to the floor, she also lost to Cong Wang/ Wang Cong in kickboxing under similar circumstances in 2015. Both of these two fights were in China and they (Chinese) don't like losing. Val also lost to Debby Urkens in 2008 again in kickboxing. Val seems to often lose her composure in the ring as she is always pushing her opponents away as if angry or frustrated. Let me say she was deducted points and lost in both China bouts but also on her point deduction against Cong Wang the Ref's point deduction looked suspicious.

I believe significant strikes by Murphy and Andrade against Val were a combined 21. That is very good.
