They have to fix the product for the business customers. It’s OK for private use but not for businesses. Why I tried to use it to collect money payments from customers it was a disaster. I’ve always use PayPal without any problem With the collect money option, my customer had many problems trying to pay because of security reasons. And it was a customer that I had since a long time and no problem with PayPal payments. so trying to collect money from a card was a very bad experience. And also the quantity of marketing that my customer received was huge unsolicited marketing.. This is not serious and is exaggerated. I need a product a professional product not something that you use for marketing reasons trying to catch a new customers. This is not serious. And I had good experience with the personal use card and I wanted to try the professional one, but it was a mess so to conclude they use me to get a new customer, but the payment did not went through. And I didn’t try to get to that tech-support because their product is not working compare it to PayPal. It was cheaper but very bad experience.
