A few tips. I use crumpets for garlic bread when I want just a few portions. 1 toast the crumpets first. 2 (garlic) butter them and grill until it’s just hot 3, then add the cheese and grill until golden. 4. To make the garlic butter melt butter (it does taste better) with your garlic and herbs of choice (I use chives in summer and onion greens in winter in Australia; parsley, oregano or just Italian herb mix will all do). Then chill the butter to a spreadable consistency.

Love crumpets. So does my cockatiel bird 🤣 I'm going to try this. I wonder if it will work will garlic granules? 🤔

I did wonder about granules but went for fresh in case the granules didnt work
