Today I am sharing Gujarati Dal Premix Recipe. Gujarati always loves gujarati dal anywhere he or she goes. This recipe is very useful for those professionals, students and families who are far away from Gujarat. This premix can be stored for 4 months in air tight jar. Gujarati dal can be prepared instantly in minutes using this premix and water. I have shown also a method to prepare gujarati dal from this premix in this video. I think this recipe is very useful for every Gujarati.

INGREDIENTS
2 medium size tomatoes - ટામેટા
2 green chilies - લીલાં મરચાં
1 cup tur dal (dry) - સુકી તુવેર દાળ
4 tsp oil - તેલ
1 tsp mustard seeds - રાય
1 tsp cumin seeds - જીરું
Curry leaves - મીઠો લીમડો
Cinnamon & cloves - તાજ અને લવિંગ
¼ tsp hing - હિંગ
1.5 tsp salt - મીઠું
½ tsp turmeric powder - હળદર પાવડર
1.5 tsp red chilli powder - લાલ મરચું પાવડર
½ tsp coriander cumin powder - ધાણાજીરું પાવડર
1 tsp aamchur powder - આમચૂર પાવડર
