@@pot7979 Palpatine put the visions of Shmi's death and Padme's death in his head and then used the life force of Padme to save Anakin after Mustafar. However, take the life force part with grain of salt because I heard it from a youtuber not the actual comics.

The sad thing is Vader always believed it was him who killed padme 💔

I never thought like that because to me his choking padme was because he thought that the only person that loves him and could encourage him to switch sides was turning against him and betrayed him so he felt rage that he expressed toward her which he was being brainwashed so he felt it necessary

I don’t think you guys get that anakin got tortured his whole life first he left his mom at 9 years old which is old enough to make and remember attachments and then qui-gon died which was the only chance of anakin to have a father and then it came upon obi-wan to raise anakin but obi-wan never really wanted to and only thought of anakin as a brother not a son and then anakin’s mom died and that did not help with anything, so he killed all the tuskin raiders and that just led him down the dark side path even more, then on geonosis he and obi fought count dooku which led to his right arm to be cut off so when he got his cybernetic arm he thought of himself as less then. And then during the clone wars Ashoka left the Jedi order and he loved her like she was his own and then when he got onto the Jedi council nobody there trusted him or liked him except for obi kinda. And then when they were fighting count dooku above courassant he killed him in a very sith like way I haven’t mentioned the palapatine has been manipulating him since he saw him lash out on other Jedi younglings. And then palpatine started to give anakin dreams of padmei dying during child birth and he had those dreams over and over to when the seemed as real as when he saw his mother die which she did so he thought it was another one of those dreams so all he was focused on was saving the live of his life. But he had to keep that away from the Jedi because it was forbidden to have connections with other people even in the Jedi order so the only person he could go to was the person who was torturing him which is palpatine so he started talking about his dreams so palpatine took the chance to tell him about the story of darth plagues the wise and how it is possible to save the ones you love with the force but you can only do that by knowing the sith ways. And then the Jedi found where general grevioise was hiding so anakin was ready to go take him on with obi-wan but they only sent obi-wan which made anakin think the Jedi feared him or thought he was weak so he wanted more power. And then he went back to palpatine and then that’s where palpatine told him everything that he was a sith and made everything happen except he didn’t tell him that he was the one who gave him those dreams obviously. So anakin went to the Jedi temple and told mace windu that palpatine was the Sith Lord they were looking for so mace windu told anakin to stay in the Jedi hanger until he was back but anakin wanted to help so mace windu and four 3 other Jedi masters went with him so they confronted palpatine and he got up and killed 3 of them and it was just him and mace left so they were fighting and mace windu was using form 7 in his own way which was getting the upper hand on palpatine so he won the fight and then anakin bursted through and saw mace standing over palpatine but anakin wanted him to go on trial but mace thought he was to dangerous to be kept alive so he swung down on palpatine but just before his blade hit palpatine anakin sliced off his hand and palpatine took the chance to use his lightning to force mace out of the window and to the ground leading to his death. And then palpatine gave anakin the name darth Vader so he went to the Jedi temple and killed every Jedi even the younglings and then palpatine made order 66 happen which led to the death of the Jedi but obiwan didn’t die though so anakin went to mustafar the kill the separatists and then waited there thinking about what he had just done and what he got himself into then he saw Padmes ship he ran over to her they talked and anakin was saying how he could save her with his new powers and how they could rule the galaxy but padme didn’t want this for them she wanted to live a normal happy life away from all of this but anakin wasn’t having it he they started talking more then he saw a figure standing at the deck of padmes ship it was obi-wan the thought running through anakins mind were that padme brought him here to kill him but she didn’t even know he was there. So anakin lashed out on padme and choked and made her fall unconscious then obi-wan and anakin fought leading to anakins defeat and then palpatine found him and made him the darth Vader we all know and love today.

You did get 1 thing wrong palpatine didn’t plant the dreams even Lucas stated it was just 1 of anakin’s powers to see into the future by Yoda says he should be wary because that’s just one outcome and by trying to stop it he caused it
