The versatility of the CP2000 with vacuum belt & feed screw can apply labels to the front & backs of rounds, as well as orienting one gallon containers for perfect label placement. Additionally, the system can label the sides of flats and ovals with a limited changeover time.
The 64 oz front & back round will be labeled at a speed of up to 75 products per minute (ppm). The ½ gallon round will be labeled at a speed of up to 150 ppm and the gallon rounds will be labeled at a rate of up to 100 ppm. The square ½ gallon container will enter the labeling system to be metered and controlled by a feed/timing screw as a label is wiped onto the at a rate of 100-150 ppm.
The system framework is constructed of powder coated steel tubing. The conveyor side frames are powder coated aluminum channel. All other components are anodized aluminum, stainless steel and plastic.
