Have you tried resetting the machine? Also remember this only works on the 2.4Ghz. You may have to split your router bands. If you put your router model in Google I'm sure you'll find a how to video.

Hey, I just purchased one and it won't start adding the following error message: Check if Cliff Sensors are sheltered. They clearly are. What am I supposed to do? Any idea with that?

We just got ours today and can get it to even leave the hallway. It just goes in circles, no matter what setting we put it on.

it does not do a good job at scanning the room. meaning that it runs until is dead and half the room is not cleaned
