Upon connecting with 2 wire connection my VSD is not starting

Hi. I need to set my vacon for the lathe. For forward/reverse I have switch, the e stop should disable run also when e stop has been reset but forward/reverse is still in on position. Machine should start running after f/r has been cycled of. Basically motor should not start running if drive is enabled and I reset e stop. There is also foot brake which that should function the same way as e stop. There is also back cover switch and it is connected with foot brake. E stop is normally closed, I need to check if foot brake and cover switch are also normally closed, then I can put them all into same loop with the e stop.

Hi There. So your lathe is starting with no reason, is that what i am understanding?

@@IGSElectronics No. I need to make normally closed loop for emergency stop button. The lathe should not start after e -stop is reset if digital inputs 8 and 9 are on. Lathe should start after e-stop only after resetting e-stop and switching 8 or 9 off and on again.

Hello. What's issue if Ready indicator mark is not appear? Pump also not running

Hi there. Sounds like, one of the inputs has been a sighed to accept ready signal. You need to find out in your drive what has been a sighed to digital inputs to find out witch one it’s requiring to be active to ready drive. In short, it is highly possible the drive is not receiving the signal from your set up/ control panel, to be ready. I would start with this kind of fault finding.
