Once Upon A Time In Bollywood is a parody short film that encompassed references from movies all over India. This dance is from that film. There is a mix of Kolly, Tolly, Molly, and Bolly references but for the sake of promotion the film was called Once Upon A Time In Bollywood. Link to the film is at the end of the video.

They are not trying to call this dance bollywood. The title of the short film that this dance happens in is called Once Upon A Time In Bollywood. It contains references from films all over India.
