V7E7: Together on the Bold Coast

Reunited with my son Cole, we explore Maine's dramatic coastline from Lubec to Acadia National Park. Hijinks ensue. I give him some time behind the wheel of the Jeep, we do a considerable amount of hiking, enjoy a schooner tour, and prepare pasta together. Unexpected adventures yield the fondest memories!

You're making memories with your son that will outlast you. Long after you're gone, he will fondly recall what a great time he had with his dad the summer of '19. Hopefully, he will make memories with your grandchildren like you made with him. I applaud you, sir. Seems like nowadays parents don't spend enough time just being "dad". Men should take notice and follow your example.

I spent a terrible night 45 years ago on Mt Desert Island camped on a little dirt road. Being a California boy I did not foresee the incredible mosquito invasion. Hey Chris, just wanted to say how much I enjoy the Videos and to say what a small world this really is! I stumbled onto your channel just by looking for some jeep videos and once i started watching i got hooked, so I went back and started watching from the beginning ... only to find out that you lived in my area when you said you were in Conestoga PA. Then I almost fell off my chair when I saw the video of you at your Parents and you said you were in Pottstown. You see !! I live in Pottstown (Upper Pottsgrove) to be exact ! Anyway, I found that pretty amazing to start watching a channel and find out that person is from your area !! pretty cool! so keep up the great videos and hopefully I will see you around the area when you get back! maybe go grab a beer ! stay safe, have fun and thanks for the vids!
