it should have been approved or refused by now. You can ask your sponsors to email ROC-O office to ask for status. IRCC.INROCO-CORORI.IRCC@cic.gc.ca

processing time counts from the day they recive your most complete information.....not from the day they give you file number. we can check the website. thank for your info tho.

IRCC is aware that much of the info online regarding processing times is out of date. IRCC is actively working with colleagues in their department to see how they can better reflect those challenges into the stated published processing times. *The online tool provides a general idea of where your application might be at but not where it might be in terms of the refugee processing stage"

Does the person who applaying for process can make direct contact by telefone or only allowed to contact in canadan immigration by email after the process is send to "Rome", because after they recieved " Rome" why it takes long processing time more than 30 months for example in Sudan. I hope you will send me an answer.

You can't contact the immigration by phone sometime they pick it up a and give some general idea or information but they can't give you personal details. The best way to contact is sending email 📧 👌

there are forms the community needs to sign and your spouse also needs to complete additional forms. You can contact the community or the co-sponsor to help you update your case.

It will be the Canadian Immigration officer job....that could be one of the reasons Ethiopia is taking 34 months.
