@@TS-ui2uu I grew up with the real F1, I saw the V12s, the V10s and the V8s. I won't discuss the technical evolution; the current single-seaters are very strong. However, to my ears, the sound of the V6 turbo engines are somewhat depressing compared to glorious naturally aspirated engines.

@@Italiansupercarvideo I totally feel you. I only been watching this sport for like 6 years and looking back at the older generation cars the sensory feelings seem unmatched! Its a legit shame how the audible aspect of such a sport has become so sanitized

Vero. Bellissimo l'urlo ad alti giri, ma io adoro quel ringhio quando riprende da bassi giri, una cosa che ho sempre adorato di quel motore.

My father praised this car, and so do I today. The way it looks, so clean The way it moves, a small car looks very fast on the move The way it Sounds to me to disgrace what the F1 has become in terms of sound. ( While i can't question the hi-tech inputs in the engines of today ). But for a family like mine, who grew up with these sounds, it feels like today's F1 incomplete!

You seem to have read my mind. Like you, in my family, we grew up with the F1 V12, and then I followed the evolutions with the V10 and V8 engines. But my heart remained tied to the V12 when I was a kid, and I used to go to Imola to see them. It was magic. Now that you know this, like you, the current F1 does not excite me like many years ago. Technology has made great strides, but emotions have diminished a lot. Those turbo-charged V6 engines that don't sound, the single-seaters that have grown too big, and the pilots who seem to live away from the fans are all reasons that confuse old fans.

Grazie, oltretutto per me il V12 in F1 è stata la vera apoteosi di questo sport 😍 Non so quando, ma lavorerò un video anche per i V8 ed i V10,

Every now and then I think about what the history of F1 would have been like if Senna hadn't died on that tragic first of May 1994.

The F1 412 T2 was the first F1 car that Michael Schumacher drove in Fiorano when he went to Ferrari with 20k spectators, watching that day. And then Michael Schumacher said, how did Jean Alesi and Gerhard Berger not win a world title with this package.

What else would michael say?? Why didn't he mention how unreliable the 412t2 was? How can they confirm the 7 tenths?? What were the track conditions for comparison? Wind speed, wind direction, track temperature etc.... 7 tenths over gerhard would mean that michael was faster than ayrton.... that's not the case so I take it with a pinch of salt.

Qui c'è tutta l'essenza della f1, l'anello di congiunzione fra le "storiche" e le "Moderne". Dimensioni compatte, leggerissime, zero aiuti alla guida, motore aspirato V12 e solo l'aerodinamica che serve per stare in strada. Tutto il resto lo deve mettere il pilota.

I hope I get the opportunity to go to one of these events in my life, or any event where I can hear the old N/A engines. I've heard planes that are on a similar volume level like the eurofighter typhoon but I honestly don't think even they would compare because i believe our ears are far more sensitive to the higher frequency of these cars

I think your observation is correct. In my life, too, I have heard the sound of aeroplanes such as Eurofighter, Tornado, and F16, but the tonality of the F1 V12 engine rises very high and has a better frequency than the sound of an aeroplane. Therefore, I wish you could come to one of these events. The next Ferrari Finali Mondiali will occur at the Mugello circuit, Italy, at the end of 2023.

Bella domanda, non si sa mai quali vetture F1 ci saranno se non il giorno in cui inizia il Finali Ferrari.

Grazie per il video. Quest'estate sono riuscito ad andare al Minardi day e li cerano e 643 e anche quelle cantavano gran bene, purtroppo i piloti non le hanno spinte molto perchè giravano relativamente basse però producono di quelle sinfonie pazzesche, un po' più sui toni bassi dato che erano 3500cc e il limitatore era più basso però erano uno spettacolo da sentire, poi altri che invece tiravano più seriamente erano la March Beta anni 70 e la Tyrrel 6 ruote veramente molto belle anche quelle, poi il 12 cilindri sulla Ferrari 312 di Jacky Ickx del 1968 era molto particolare . Spero di riuscire ad assistere ai Finali Mondiali magari l'anno prossimo. Spero che la F1 guardi un po' indietro, magari non ai V12 che sarebbe bellissimo ma certamente un'utopia ma i V8 sarebbero già molto i costi sarebbero minori di adesso , soprattutto togliendo i turbo, però per via di efficienza si perderebbe molto e " purtroppo" gli ingegneri è lì che puntano. Personalmente non mi interessa che la macchina faccia i 370 in rettilineo o che si facciano i record della pista, deve essere emozionante da vedere e da sentire, e non c'è niente di meglio di un motore che urla/canta per fare emozionare un appassionato.

@@Italiansupercarvideo Spero proprio di riuscire ad andare, anche l'anno scorso era al Mugello ma fino all'ultimo non si sapeva molto riguardo al pubblico e avevo anche cominciato a guardare un posto per dormire la notte per poi scoprire che non ci sarebbe stato pubblico. Spero che l'anno prossimo sia la volta buona.

@@vincenzoalfano5138 Di F50 ne ho sentite tante ma penso mai con lo "scarico giusto". Immagino sia una poesia e ricordo infatti la derivazione dal motore da competizione. Ferrari dovrebbe tornare a produrre auto del genere, in piccola serie, oltre a quelle turbo per la "massa".

Are those cars being driven on modern Pirelli tires? If so, that's awsome! Improves the performance significantly! Would be awsome to see more testing but with the ferrari 2004 car (or those that had grooved tires) with Pirelli slicks to see if the performance can rival today's cars.

I think you refer to the Ferrari F1 video. Yes, I saw that Pirelli mounted the tires on these cars. What you say is very interesting, it would be nice to compare times also because the tire technology is constantly improving and I do not exclude that in the right hands these cars can turn even faster than when they were racing.

@@Italiansupercarvideo I don't know the video you mentioned, but I'd like to see it. It would be a good comparison to see how much have the grooved tires slowed down the cars. Jimmy Broadbent did a video on mounting modern F1 tires on a 2004 (I belive) Ferrari F1 car and I'd love to see that in real life.

Ma, giusto per sfizio non potrebbero sviluppare un V12 anche adesso e farci una show car per eventi e cose simili, sarebbe un mostro con le possibilità che hanno adesso. Però non accetto niente che faccia meno di 15000 rpm.

Se potessi l'avrei già fatto mi sa, un'auto dalle linee semplici come quelle degli anni 90, piuttosto che facciano un fondo che crei deportanza per tenere libera la parte sopra. Verrebbe una meraviglia. E se proprio ci vogliono tirare su soldi ne fai un numero limitatissimo e le venderebbero ancora prima di fare i disegni.
