MOST FREQUENT COMMENTS:
1) "I can't hear anything!"
Headphones are REQUIRED.
2) "This gives me a headache!"
Set the volume LOW (20-40% max).
3) "Your 2-minute warning scared me!"
KEEP the volume at the low setting and it won't happen next time! :)
4) Can I play music or other videos while I listen to this?
Yes, as long as it doesn't include heavy bass or sounds that might create interference with these beats.
5) "Sounds weird."
DISABLE any filters on your device (Atmos, DTS, surround enhancers, bass boost, etc) as they will interfere with proper audio playback.
6) "Can I save this to my phone?"
Download it as a single track here: www.brainanew.com/yt/15/focus...

At the end, be sure to stick around for some pro tips on how to get all those facts "locked in" to your brain's permanent storage.
WHY THIS PATTERN? 90 minutes of the same frequency is likely to result in distraction, so this one changes periodically to keep your brain interested!
Personally, I don't recommend using binaural beats for more than 90 minutes a day ... but I know there's nothing I can do to stop you if you're really determined to use them for a full day. Just promise me you'll stop once your brain starts to hurt! ;)

HI ALL just want to share some study tips with you guys. I am a human bio major studying pre-medicine with a minor in psychology, so throughout my undergrad I think Ive gotten a pretty good concept of what study tips help me as well as my friends. So this audio is actually super awesome because they do fluctuate between 10-12 Hz which i found to keep me more on track for longer!! and also doing this whilst playing other mediation music in the back for pure music (ex handpan music, classical etc) and alsooooo using the Pomodoro technique. where you go ham for 25 min and take a break for 5. it really helps keep me going. Okayyy anyways happy studies sending pozz vibes byeee💕🌞

Hey mate! I've been wondering lately if you can make binaural beats that can detoxify dopamine in our mind. I've done intensive research( on KZread videos) on how to enhance one's productivity and one thing that stuck out the most was the concept of 'dopamine detoxification' wherein a person has to refrain from any sort of activities or food which can ramificate into the release of immense amount of dopamine in our brain, for at least one day. The gist behind this idea is that dopamine, which acts a reward impulse can also be degrading in the essence that the importance of activities like studying, working out, office-work, etc; which release little dopamine at a slow pace in our minds, may very well be 'downplayed' and blatantly ignored in preference of activities of little productivity like video-games(on ends for hours), face-book, instagram, etc; which albeit cause a huge surge of dopamine. Thank you.

The number of comments that still come up about how loud his two minute warning is surprises me. Just listen to the man. He gives you a volume check that warns his voice shouldn't be loud (and the warning is the same volume, he's not jump-scaring anyone). He's directly replied to people with this concern to tell them that they had it on too loud if it was startling for them. Hell, look at item #3 for "most frequent comments" right in the video description! Don't take the "painkiller" approach of just assuming "higher volume = bigger and more impactful effect"... that's not the case. You're not using it to drown out your thoughts. At this point, these complaints almost seem like willful ignorance

I can't seem to find any serious study who confirms that these "binaural beats" have more effects than placebo. If it's working because of the placebo effect and helps people because of it, that's great ! But pretending it does something more than the placebo effect must be proven. Anyway, I'm more than happy if it helps people concentrating and studying. What matters is the result, of course !

As a mid-40’s guy that hasn’t really had to read much in terms of actual paper books (and had to truly focus on the content) in about 20 years , I can definitely say that this helps. I decided to catch up on some kindle reading on my laptop not knowing this video resumed playing in the background---- and after about 10 minutes of concentrated reading, drifting off to sleep land, I hear: "Two minutes left my friend!" again. My muscles contracted as I searched frantically in my mind and in front of me to find out who or what had taken control of my laptop and my life. Turns out the beats were playing, but I could not hear them over the white noise in my room. Thankfully it is not 2 minutes until my demise... until tomorrow

omg, I'm so happy and blessed to have come across this video! 😁🙏🏻It helps me learn to take breaks and to learn in increments on how long to study for at a time. ALSO this video helped me stay motivated and awake. I like that you mention in the description that you change the rate, sounds and rhythm of the binaural beats because on other binaural beat videos that are like 3 hours long with the SAME rhythm, it DOES make me sleepy and get off tract. Thank you thank you THANK YOU! I'm definitely using this from now on. I also like you have like a focus meditation to help keep the focus motivated and the brain relaxed and to help reset the worry. 🙏🏻I really appreciate that you have a reminder near two minutes that reminds me to prepare for my 20min break (like a job) it helps keep me disciplined. 😎🙏🏻
