Hello Gopaji, Thanks for the informative video. invariably mera gala practice karne ke baad baith jata hai. It is a strain for me to even speak for a few hours after that. I don't scream during practice & I have also lowered my scale for practice. My voice feels much better & fresher when I wake up the next morning or if I haven't practiced some day. A few people have told me that it could be a "voice throw" issue and I should practice in the same voice as I speak in, others have suggested to look into voice culture (I am a soft spoken person and can't talk loudly in general) but phir gala khool kar kaise gayee? How to practice comfortably? I will be giving 4th year exam soon so need to keep up with practice.
