V Twin Stainless Exhaust Build ~ Gem Car Ep 2

Ойын-сауық

Today we finish up a few things on the Gem Car swing arm. We mount a brake caliper, build a quick chain tensioner, and do the exhaust. I build a full stainless 1.5" exhaust with quiet muffler. The exhaust was fully tig welded and back purged for maximum quality and strength. Make sure to check out the links below and don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more!!!

I just don't seem to ever have enough to get there. I reach for the sky and the sky gets higher. It seems almost as if this is all rigged against me. Maybe it's not for just anyone. You ever take a step and have it crumble beneath you? That's me. I just can't seem to win for loosing. It's not for lack of effort. Just seems like no matter how i excel no matter how much I try it's all just beyond our grasp. I'm so happy for you and your family. It gives me hope to see you live your best self. Thank you so much for taking us all along for the ride.

Might want to drill a new drain hole in the muffler below the outlet side of the muller or it will rot out faster than it should because of moisture build up. The original drain hole is for when the muffler is flat mounted.

I’m sure this is an odd question but I’m new to crate engines and have one of these about putting on a mud motor, what are the things sticking off either side with the holes in them, are they for lifting the engine? If not what’s the best way to raise it

Let's hear an update, 6 months on, a year, whatever, about the gearbox. Technically I suppose the best news would be you never seeing it again, but I'm sure I'm not the only one watching who needs a reliable, affordable, and most importantly AVAILABLE FNR unit. I'd really like to see you use one on a personal project of yours. I know you're more likely to beat the hell out of it like I would than the average golf cart driver.
