Nowness is the key, sushumna ko activate rakhne ki koshish karni hai, and confusion is the killer of manifestations, thoughts are real energy, through the concept of Nowness, we can control and ultimately direct the flow of thoughts to what we want to create in the form of reality.

I was scared to use my psychic superpowers when I saw the movie Donnie Darko. High Intuition activities are treated as day time hallucinations. Mera ek prashna hai ki, jab ham eg, aapki 41 minutes ki video dekhi, tab 41min ki duration tak mind me mushkil se 1-2 thoughts aye vo bhi in the form of questions.. and hm nyi cheeze sikhte hai, through videos, or live through practice, jo ki constant focus require karti hai, tab most of the times, koi bhi thought nahi aata hai, so practically nayi cheeze sikhte samay ya fir is video ko dekhte hue hm nowness ki state me hi the? .. And thoughts tabhi ate hai during work etc, jab hm vo cheeze kar rhe hote hai jinka pattern subconsious brain me feed hota hai,
