    I tried fighting him with all the same gear you mentioned, as well as full tier 1 passives and those barrels take twice as much damage to me. Are you sure you have it on brutal?

    i have been trying to kill ( izrail boss ) for 14 times i guess and i couldn;t kill him :(

    Holy resistance & ranged attacks works the best.
