I just got into the game recently and I plan on playing solo until I'm more familiar with all the spells and get through all the acts and whatever but the arena is something I'm so excited to try, it reminds me of the good old battlerite days :') Edit: I love that you showcase loses as well, looking forward to trying this myself in the near future

This build is insanely fun, and has a bunch of options. Maximizing phantasm is actually somewhat interesting, and while it is a gamble, if you roll high on resets, it feels like an instant win. Keep in mind though, Veil of Illusion is really quite bad, especially into any counter BUT Discharge. We work with what we have though haha.

What would be better for open world PvP, chaos, crystal spear or mosquito?

​@@astreudxd4326 Honestly, depends on what you're looking for. Mosquito is good in groups for wisp heals. I'm not much of a mosquito enjoyer tbh, but the heals are crazy with resets. Obviously fear is good too, it's good for zoning because of that reason. Crystal Lance is incredibly powerful, and honestly probably consistently better in open world since freeze is very very good, especially in a group. A single crystal lance at the right time is absolutely devastating, especially with pierce jewel. Just imagine landing a Merc charge -> crystal lance -> double spear Q (with a team mate) or double crystal lance while your team mate lands spear Q. Absurd amounts of damage. Chaos volley peak single target damage is simply unmatched though when you're getting resets. It hits like a truck when you land it, but also you have to worry about counters. Risky, but you can see in the highlights just how much damage I'm doing WITHOUT buff pots. Honestly, the safest option is probably void? It's just move speed is so prevalent that it can be tough to land them unless you catch someone in a narrow area. It's almost never a bad option though, especially when you're in a group and don't necessarily need to worry about getting focused, or have someone to peel for you.

Keep the yt content alive Timmy , almost everyone else has fallen off. good to see some vrising pvp content going up

Same! It seriously is insanely good. The fact there aren't true targeted abilities (click on enemy and guaranteed hits) is what makes it so good

You should try this build with spectral wolf. With a good gem the sustain it gives is insane. Ive been playing this build for about 1.5 weeks on my current wipe and have never had so much fun

some excellent fights in there. would like to hear your comments on them. Maybe record some wins and losses and then go over them in slow-mo to comment about what you're thinking and the strategy you are trying to use. I don't know you're the KZreadr.

Isn’t amulet of the spellweaver spell cooldown waisted when you run scholar blood and scholar armor? It caps at 40%

Yeah it's true, but honestly, I'm not really picking it for spell CDR. The shield is biggest reason, and I think I mentioned that I swap between maleficer and shadow sets, and I've found it good with both.

How do I get the mist trance fear jewel bro? I crafted the Tier 4 one but the fear stat wasn’t in it. I randomly got a fear jewel last night but it was for phantom Aegis. I’m cooked

You can def get it on all, but it's entirely randomized

Soooo..... now make Blood Fountain work? :O Btw, really good point about proccing discharge with illusion dash. I have used this basicially all the time already to proc enemy counters, despite the downsides.

Yeah honestly, it can be really bad to proc counters when the enemy needs them. Even just a mist trance match up is really bad, since you're giving them free resets and phantasm stacks with the right jewel

@@terribletimmy2 Here is my personal tip for a fountain build : Fountain Mist Trance Chaos or Blood Dash Wisp Ult Brute Armor Set Warrior Blood Storm/ Illusion / Condemn Amulet All standard jewels except on fountain you kinda wanna have the following order: 1. Recast 2. Snare 3. Movement Speed 4. Heal on explosion or 3+4. Heal on hit + explosion - Depending on Blood Dash usage - Leech on hit for the 15% phys boost but that could be trigggered elswhere too. Personally I'm not a fan of Leech on hit. It's reall fun to play, off meta as fuck and actually omega tanky. You will be suprised how versatile Blood Fountain is with my jewel choices, big trust. Edit: It also works with rogue blood in open world and if you pick movement speed on trigger with mist trance, it's even better at chasing people down. You will find the point and click snare from fountain yet again suprising.

Fountain Mist Trance / Cold Snap Chaos, Blood or Frost Dash Wisp Ult Storm, Illusion or Condemn Amulet. BRUTE Armor 1. Warrior 2. Rogue Blood Jewels to your liking, except for Fountain. For Fountain it's: 1. Recast 2. Snare 3. Explosion Heal 4. Movement Speed or 3+4 explosion and hit heal. I do like the Mist Fountain with Chaos dash the most, both variations are extremely fun to play, off meta, unbeliveable tanky and especially Fountain will suprise you in both open world PvP as well as arena.

Edit: 3+4 Heal on hit and remove all negtive effects, esp if enemy plays frost based shit.
