Great fields, reminds me my village, our well and water, our fields, our oil engine, etc. Engingine exhaust pipe sounds in the background, flamingos flying overhead. Watching those fresh luscious colorful vegetables, sounds of your cutting and cooking vegetables. And above all great cook and cooking and enjoying cooked food right in the same fields with irrigation water flowing. What a lovely scenery and setting. Really envy you remembering my own childhood in Vadodara district in 40s and 50s. Nikunj bhai, I need seeds of those special parakh ( spinach). Please keep making these superb cooking videos. This guy! This guy is on fire with his cooking skills everything comes out perfect every time and if you watch closely he is teaching you how to chop vegetables the RIGHT way. Don’t chop garlic fools ya hands will smell ya gotta grind it with a giant ass mortar and pestle with some ginger which I’ve noticed he hasn’t used once. Maybe it’s a regional thing adding ginger to garlic for spinach curry?
