Micro managing is the worst thing to do both at work place or at home. But some bosses are like that, I have seen them. That's the reason I do not micro manage my team. Its a big topic in itself. Lets discuss it in detail in a separate video or may be in a live session also.

Hi sivaranjani, I have seen a lot of mothers go back to work once their kids are 3 yrs old. Once they start nursery we don't have to stay at home. You can do a course in your field of studies and start applying for a job 😊

I have one comment to make Narmada. Your videos are very informative/healthy recipes, good thank you for that . You mentioned that in general abt software engineer some go up to project manager, it takes a long time for them to become a project manager itself . I think that is applicable on a case by case basis and not across. Some of them who have software engineering as a career they stay in the same position because there are people who want a job and also want to take care of the family and support their spouse’s career. They want to dedicate extra time to their family and having a career. So they prioritize what is important to them in their life. The next category is even being a software engineer, they can rise up to a higher level., and again it’s hard work and as you said-going above and beyond. Above all even if a person works hard, it’s also the right person at the right place at the right time.!!!

There are millions of things in this world that conspires against us 😊 do u think my career and life balance was a cake walk? I too support my hubby's career, and he supports mine. For us also family comes first 😊 If there is a school play or sports day at school or kids off sick, we both are out of office. Priority is always family. But as I said there are 24 hrs in a day. What we do with it either makes our life or breaks it.

Hiii... very very thanks for the eye opening, I should say....even though crossed the age 22 to 30.. to invest some time for our growth can be done at any age I believe.
