Hello friends
Today i am sharing kathiyawadi style valor muthiya nu shaak this sabji is too tasty and in this sabji muthiya is main ingredient, with valor its taste is awesome so friends here i have made in cooker quickly so friends try out this sabji recipe, it is serve with roti bajri rotla , and paratha also here are all ingredients:
valor muthiya sabji
150 gram valor
5 tbsp green garlic
5 tbsp oil
1/4 tbsp cumin
1/4 tbsp hing
1/4 tbsp turmeric
1tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp red chilly powder
1 tbsp jaggery
1 tomato
1 inch ginger
salt to taste
total 1.5 glass of water
For muthiya
1 cup green fenugreek
5 to 6 tbsp gram flour
1/4 tbsp turmeric
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp red chilly powder
1/4 tbsp hing
salt
1 tbsp sugar
1.5 tbsp oil
1/4 tbsp garam masalo
2 pinch of soda
2 tbsp water
