I made Manchurian for the first time today and used your recipe, my sister said that it was the best Manchurian that she had ever eaten. It was little hard for both of us to believe that I made it for the first time. Thank you for the osum recipe.

After 2years I cooked it today.... it was just amazing.... Thank you for the recipe.

Bahut hi mitha bana

Everything was good. The only huge mistake I made was I kept the flame on the lower side while frying the Manchurian balls due to which it disintegrated. Don't make this mistake my friends. Keep the flame on the higher side as ma'am said. The higher flame will ensure the crust becomes hard enough to hold the ball in its shape. Then after a minute you can lower the flame.
