For green paste-
1. Lemon grass
2. Coriander steams
3. Coriander leaves
4. Basil leaves
5. Lemon zest
6. 2 green chilly
7. 2 tsp dry coriander seeds
8. ½ tsp cumin seeds
9. ½ tsp black peppercorn
10. ½ tsp salt
11. ½ lemon juice
12. 2-3 tbsp water
For making curry-
1. 1 tbsp oil
2. ½ tsp dry ginger powder
3. Chopped 100grm French beans
4. 2-3 babycorn
5. 1 green zucchini/yellow zucchini
6. ½ green capsicum/bellpepper
7. Coconut milk+1 tbsp corn flour mixture
8. Add coconut milk(1 fresh coconut+2 cup water)
9. Add salt,lemon juice,sugar
For rice-
1. 1 cup rice
2. 1.5 cup water
3. ½ tsp salt
