I love and respect honorable judge shri Ahluwalia ji for his upright, forthtight manner and his intelligence. Most Lawyers who has to face his simple and straight questions have no spine to stand in front of him. They waffle on every question. Mr.justice Ahluwalia ji is one of the finest judges in Indian high courts.🙏

Sab jagah se jeet gaye inke dada log supreme court me pata nahi kaha notice bheja kya kiya exparty ho gaya .wp me direction hai supreme court ka citation hai petioner nenon affidavit kaha .citation me saf likha hai jab party nahi to same matter me high court jao.226article me jab supreme court ka citation hai supreme court ka hi order hai petitioner ki wp me ki appropriate court jao..jab party nahi tha kaun dega slp ki copy papa ko pata hi nahi.kab exparty ho gaya.kaha se laye notice kaha bhijwaya Kai sawal hai .isiliye supreme court manniya ne direction Diya hai ha .,226me jao bolkar similar case me apex court ke kai order file kiye hai.ab counsel kya kare.

Lady Advocate is quite lucky. If Bench is someone else, then she definitely face the music in the manner of dismissing petition with heavy cost.

Kaise kya hua iski inquiry ke liye to wp lagayi.counsel kya bata de.yaha kaun hai jo kusi case me party nahi .exparty hua faisala phir bhi sab bata de.jo hamare pas hai batayenge.janch me pata chalta fraud caso me order set aside karne ka bhi citation lagaya same citation manniya apex court me lagaya.mai akela ladka hu mujhe hak chahiye bas itani bat hai.kause kya hua janch me pata lagta.

Mana slp decided hai.par same court ne sabhi bate sunkar to wp me order kiya ki appropriate court jao aur appropriate court article 226hai.ye faisala manniya supreme court ka alag se laga hai

2003ja similar case ka citatio hai manniya supreme court ka ki jab person party nahi even slp decided hai 226me high court jaye .citation usi court ja order sab laga hai .

Petitioner was never a party in slp .in slp there were other persons at that time petitioner was not born. he was not a party.he is only son.and having right on his ancestral property.now exparty decided the case.panch faisala forged.citatiobs submitted that when person was not a party.canapproach under 226article.on affidavit petitioner submitted he was not a party .

Jisme party nahi uske bare me kaise bataye.wo bhi exparty order .

वीडिओ का हेडिंग सही दिया कीजिये.... .महिला वकील ने सही तथ्य पेश किये मगर वो अदालत को कन्विंस नहीं कर पायीं. फिर भी उन्होंने बहुत अच्छा केस लड़ा. कई बार ऐसा होता है कि जज वकीलों की दलील से कन्विंस नहीं हो पाते , अब मेरा एक सवाल है कि जब सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जस्टिस ने मैडम को बोल दिया कि हाई कोर्ट जाइये उन्होंने उस जसिटस का नाम भी बता दिया ...अब अगर हाई कोर्ट कहे कि किसी और कोर्ट में जाइये तो भला केस कहां लगाया जायगा ? असल में मैडम ने जस्टिस साहब का नाम लेकर गलती कर दी , वो अदालत को थोड़ा बुरा लगा होगा... जो भी हो केस बहुत अच्छी तरह से पेश हुआ....

जज साहब कहां मान गए???????
