For five months now, our team has been monitoring the developments around the reconstruction of the building at 60 Nataliia Uzhvii Street. The tender for its rebuilding was canceled due to budget cuts, but was later reinstated and an auction was announced, where a winner was selected among a single participant in about a week.
In this video, we spoke with Evhen Pasenov, a representative of the Housing and Communal Services, Maksym Serpukhov, Vice-Rector of KhNEU, and Pavlo Khramov, a Kharkiv urbanist, about the feasibility of rebuilding the house and the prospects for new urban solutions in Kharkiv.
